Visit Daylesford

Any sensible miner back in the 19th century demanded a beer at the end of a long days work searching for gold, and there were a number breweries that existed in and around Daylesford and Hepburn Springs from this period, along with countless pubs and drinking holes. Sadly, the known breweries of this era are long gone but the Daylesford Brewing Company are today in the process of reinstating the tradition and heritage of local beer from this captivating town and region.
